Since the mid-1990s, he has led nature tours throughout Cayo Coco and beyond, earning a strong reputation for his deep knowledge of local habitats and outstanding client satisfaction.
Since 2012, Paulino has worked independently as a specialist bird-watching guide, offering personalized tours in Cayo Coco as well as multi-day circuits across western and central Cuba. He continues to share his passion for Cuban birdlife with visitors from around the world, providing engaging, educational, and memorable birding experiences.
