Pablo, originally from the Basque Country of Spain, is a hiking and interpretative guide who loves sharing his expertise and enthusiasm about nature and culture with others. Pablo began birding in high school and went on to complete Environmental Studies at University in Holland. He has participated in conservation and banding programs in places such as New Zealand and Spain.
He first started to lead bird watching tours for the Spanish SEO/Birdlife society in the Pyrenees in 2008. Today he continues to lead tours mainly in Spain and Canada. He loves the outdoors and not only enjoys birdwatching but also kayaking, surfing, climbing, and ski touring, which has taken him on explorations of several remote places around the planet.
