Eagle-Eye Tours Code of Conduct
For Employees, Guides and Clients

1. Introduction
At Eagle-Eye Tours, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences that are safe, inclusive, and respectful for everyone involved. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations we have of representatives and clients of Eagle-Eye Tours to ensure a positive and enriching experience for all.
By registering and participating in our tours or representing our organization, you agree to uphold the values and behaviors outlined in this document.
2. Expectations for Clients
All clients are expected to:
- Treat fellow travelers, guides, staff and local partners with respect and courtesy.
- Follow safety instructions and trip guidelines provided by tour leaders.
- Refrain from any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
- Respect cultural customs, local communities, and Indigenous lands.
- Avoid behavior that negatively impacts group enjoyment or safety.
- Comply with wildlife and environmental guidelines (e.g., ethical birding practices, minimizing disturbance).
Unacceptable client behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Offensive or discriminatory language
- Inappropriate conduct toward staff, local partners, guides or other guests
- Refusal to follow safety protocols
- Any form of violence or intimidation
3. Expectations for Team Members
All Eagle-Eye Tours employees and representatives must:
- Provide professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service at all times.
- Provide equal support, attention, and respect to all clients to ensure everyone feels included, safe, and valued.
- Uphold safety standards and protocols.
- Comply with wildlife and environmental guidelines (e.g., ethical birding practices, minimizing disturbance).
- Promote and model respectful, inclusive, and ethical behavior.
- Protect client confidentiality and personal information.
- Communicate transparently and truthfully.
- Refrain from engaging in or tolerating harassment or misconduct.
4. Reporting a Concern
We take all concerns seriously and are committed to responding quickly and appropriately.
To report an incident:
- Speak to your tour leader or manager/supervisor directly.

Reports will be handled confidentially and without retaliation.
5. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Code may result in:
For Clients:
- Verbal or written warnings
- Removal from the tour (at the client’s expense, without refund)
- Ineligibility to join future Eagle-Eye Tours
For Team Members:
- Coaching or disciplinary action
- Suspension or termination of employment
- Ineligibility for future assignments or tours
- Legal consequences where applicable

By booking a tour with Eagle-Eye Tours or representing us, you agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct.
